As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used in the smelting process to extract metals from ores. Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to standard procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor gauges and adjust controls to maintain proper temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Inspect and clean equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Record data and maintain accurate production logs
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid work permit for Croatia
