Formworker

We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up formwork for concrete structures according to specifications and blueprints. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by cleaning and organizing materials
- Measure and cut materials to specified lengths
- Construct wooden or metal formwork according to blueprints
- Align and secure formwork using hand tools and/or power tools
- Pour, screed, and level concrete into formwork
- Install rebar reinforcements as needed
- Remove formwork after concrete has dried
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus
- Proven experience as a Formworker or Carpenter
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
