We are hiring an experienced Baker to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Order and stock necessary ingredients and supplies
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen
- Excellent understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
