Hotel Sales Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our hotel in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to increase sales
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends in the hospitality industry
