Office Assistant - English-Speaking

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an English-speaking office assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and inquiries from clients and vendors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
