Solar Installer

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically-demanding role that requires attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design specifications and safety guidelines
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar panel systems
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Preferred:
- Certification or training in solar panel installation
- Experience with different types of solar panels
- Previous experience working on residential or commercial properties
