A growing solar energy company in Vilnius is seeking a Solar Panel Installer to join our team. This is a contract position with no experience required, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to break into the solar industry. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking and reliable, with a strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial properties
- Perform site assessments and determine appropriate placement for maximum energy efficiency
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly installed according to manufacturer's guidelines
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge of solar technology is preferred
- Must have a strong work ethic and be physically fit to perform duties such as lifting heavy equipment and climbing ladders
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must have own transportation to job sites within Vilnius
- Indian nationality preferred, but all are welcome to apply

Compensation:
This contract position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Vilnius.
