Dishwasher - Indian Cuisine

Our busy Indian restaurant in Siauliai is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, as well as assisting with basic food preparation. This is a temporary position with flexible hours and no accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using proper sanitation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with basic food preparation such as peeling vegetables and washing fruits
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the manager
- Maintain a positive attitude and work cooperatively with other team members

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1100 per month.
