Online Moderator (Contract)

We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Online Moderator to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of online discussions and interactions on our platform.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
- Respond promptly to user reports and inquiries regarding content moderation
- Identify and remove inappropriate or offensive content on the platform
- Engage with users in a professional and respectful manner to resolve conflicts or issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for maintaining a positive online environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online community moderation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Online Moderator or similar role is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of internet culture and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1100 per month.

This is a contract position which does not include accommodation. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the USA.
