Concierge - Luxury Hotel, Nakuru


We are seeking a professional and attentive Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Nakuru. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or needs they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including luggage handling and arranging transportation
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a pleasant personality
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically fit as this role requires standing for long periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus tips.
