Concierge Assistant
We are looking for a friendly and organized Concierge Assistant to join our team in Balzers. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and surrounding area
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and issuing room keys
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, attractions, or events
- Provide recommendations for activities or places to visit in Balzers
- Handle any guest complaints or issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of hotel systems is a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
