Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Arrange for special requests or services such as spa treatments or event tickets
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and recommendations for guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on requests and feedback
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid visa to work in Balzers, Liechtenstein
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Minimum of 12th grade education required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
