Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning functional, efficient, and safe industrial structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create detailed plans and drawings to bring their visions to life. Your role will also involve overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all designs are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their industrial needs and requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and blueprints for industrial structures
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Wiltz (accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates)
