Job Title: Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop plans that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and managing construction projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Conduct site visits to assess potential construction challenges and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Communicate with contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
- Oversee project budget and timeline to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct quality control checks at various stages of construction to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
