Loader Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Braga. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders, to load and transport materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including front-end loaders, to load and transport materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction materials
- Read and interpret work orders and follow instructions from supervisors
- Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or damages
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and transported for inventory purposes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job located in Braga. While preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Braga or nearby areas, we welcome applications from qualified candidates from any nationality who are willing to relocate.

Experience Required:
This position requires previous experience as a Loader Operator. Freshers who have completed training or certification in heavy equipment operation may also be considered.
