Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have their own visa.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails, managing schedules, organizing files and documents, and handling basic accounting tasks.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior experience is not required but would be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing
- Performing general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
