Office Assistant - Bayan, Nepal
We are currently seeking a skilled Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Nepal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in daily office needs and manage general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. A proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail is also important. As an Office Assistant, you must be familiar with basic office equipment and have strong computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, letters, and memos
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and keep inventory records
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff members
- Submit expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
