Office Assistant - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are currently hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
