Office Assistant in Jeddah (Indian Nationals)
We are a reputable company in Jeddah seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
