Senior JAVA Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. As our Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services using Java/J2EE technologies. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
- Continuously research new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience developing web applications using Java/J2EE technologies
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) is required
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred
- Experience with database design and SQL is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
