Network and Systems Administrator


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of all network and system infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for network access.
- Maintain security protocols for all network devices.
- Conduct regular backups of all critical systems.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or upgrades.
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, DNS/DHCP services.
- Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016) and Active Directory management.
- Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
