Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Jerusalem, seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is a contract position suitable for men with or without experience, and will require relocation to Jerusalem.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate progress and any issues to stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to relocate to Jerusalem

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
