Construction Project Manager


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jerusalem. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it stays on track with the established timeline
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and review their work for quality and compliance
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed on site
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any changes made to the original plan
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. This is a full-time position open to both men and women. Filipinos and Nepalis are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
