Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Oversee budgeting and expense tracking for office operations
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence from clients and partners
- Organize company files and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with budgeting and expense tracking preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
