Nurse (Indian) in Eldoret, Kenya


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and develop care plans for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the physician
- Perform routine medical procedures such as dressing changes, wound care, and injections
- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national residing in Eldoret or willing to relocate
- Valid nursing license from the Indian Nursing Council
- Previous experience working as a nurse is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to provide original documents for visa application if required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month based on experience and qualifications.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for our nurses in comfortable shared housing near the hospital.

Visa & Ticket:
We will assist with obtaining a work visa for successful applicants. We also provide a one-way ticket from India to Eldoret.

Contract:
This is a contract position for an initial period of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
