We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Painters to join our team in Malindi. This is a contract job with an urgent need for candidates who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in industrial painting and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying
- Monitor painting equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality work
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety precautions are followed while working
- Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial painter
- Experience working with different types of paints and coatings
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Nationality preference for Malayalees
