Are you an experienced Barber looking for a new opportunity in a bustling salon? Our salon in Shan, India is seeking a skilled Barber to join our team and provide exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with clients to determine their desired haircut or style
- Provide professional haircuts and styling services, including beard trims and hot towel shaves
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Handle cash transactions and book appointments using our salon's software system
- Collaborate with other stylists to create a welcoming and efficient work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Ability to perform various hair cutting techniques, including fades, line-ups, and scissor cuts
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own tools
- Fluent in Hindi or local language

We offer competitive compensation starting at 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience) with potential for growth. This position does not require English proficiency.
