Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's Pakistani cuisine menu, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about Pakistani cuisine and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotions
- Oversee food production to ensure timely service and consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage food costs by implementing portion control measures
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Pakistani cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Proven track record of menu planning, recipe development, and food cost management
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume production
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
