We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that they meet safety and aesthetic standards. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and specifications
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess construction progress
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and budgets
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk. Candidates who are Malayalee speakers or proficient in English are preferred.
