Architectural Technologist - Bilingual


The position of Architectural Technologist requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in architecture and construction. As a bilingual professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the development of architectural plans and designs. Your proficiency in English and either Indian or Pakistani languages will be essential in communicating with clients and contractors from these regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Utilize your knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
- Assist with site visits to gather information, assess progress, and make necessary modifications to plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients from Indian or Pakistani backgrounds to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Provide technical support to project teams as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficiency in English and either Indian or Pakistani languages.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
