Sales Representative - Muscat, Oman
As a Sales Representative in Muscat, Oman, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting our products and services. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by understanding client needs and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and actively reach out to them through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by providing them with personalized service
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate products or services that meet their requirements
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including sales calls, orders, and payments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting our products or services
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Good knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
