We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together for various types of construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, with the added benefit of provided accommodation. English language skills are not required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for non-native speakers. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Determine the best welding technique for each project
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor welding process to avoid overheating or warping of materials
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment by cleaning and performing basic maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to work well in a team environment
