Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network and computer systems, ensuring their efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have experience in network and system administration, as well as a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security protocols to protect the network from cyber threats
- Maintain servers and workstations to ensure optimal performance
- Manage user accounts and permissions for network access
- Backup data regularly to prevent loss of important information
- Collaborate with IT team to develop strategies for improving network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in network and system administration
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems
- Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1800 per month
