Blast Furnace Operator



We are hiring a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces to produce iron or steel. This is a full-time position open to both men and women, with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace equipment, including charging and discharging materials, adjusting controls, and monitoring temperatures.
- Monitor furnace operations to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or damages and report issues to maintenance team.
- Keep records of production levels, materials used, and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear while working in the furnace area.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues or improve production processes.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Blast Furnace Operator.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to extreme heat and loud noises.
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of machinery operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for Indian nationals applying for this role.
