Job Title: Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. This is a full-time position, open to foreigners with a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Arabic (preferred) or English
