Excavator Operator



We are currently seeking a skilled Excavator Operator for our construction site in Ufa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials at the construction site. You will also be required to maintain and repair the equipment as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid Excavator Operator license
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials as per project requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as greasing, refueling, and changing fluids
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer additional benefits including accommodation for out-of-town employees.
