Commercial Architect – Akron, Ohio, USA


We are in need of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the selection of materials and products to be used in construction
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Monitor the progress of construction to ensure that it is adhering to the design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is meeting quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on commercial projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week. We also offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This position is open to all nationalities. We welcome candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working in the United States.
