Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that will help drive business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Develop data models and algorithms to support business objectives
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving data collection and analysis processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques
- Provide guidance on best practices for data analysis within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business setting
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with programming languages like R or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members across different departments

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Job:
This position is a contract job with the potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
