Our architecture firm in Funchal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final construction
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits and supervise construction progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience leading architectural projects from concept to completion

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits such as health insurance may be provided.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates should have their own housing arrangements in Funchal.

Note: This job is suitable for students who are currently enrolled in an architecture program but may require additional hours during school breaks or after graduation.
