Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized
- Stock supplies and keep inventory of ingredients
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
