We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models that will drive business growth and improve processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields, as well as experience in programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques to improve processes
- Conduct data analysis and prepare datasets for modeling
- Train and evaluate different machine learning models
- Optimize models for performance and accuracy
- Communicate findings and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, reinforcement learning etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Pandas, Numpy etc.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary:
