We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Akron. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Develop solutions to enhance system performance, security and usability
- Test new systems and software to ensure they meet user requirements
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation or use of systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- Familiarity with databases and SQL queries
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Security+
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position without the requirement of prior experience. We welcome applications from students looking for valuable hands-on experience in the field.
