Job Title: Body Repair Master

As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your knowledge and expertise in body repair techniques to assess damage, determine the necessary repairs, and complete them efficiently and effectively. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Use specialized tools and equipment to repair dents, scratches, and other damage to vehicle bodies
- Replace damaged parts or panels as needed
- Weld or bond replacement parts into place
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle's finish
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Knowledge of various body repair techniques including welding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Familiarity with different types of vehicles and their specific repair needs
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training in auto body repair preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in body repair or related field required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
