We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. Your creativity, leadership skills, and strong culinary background will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect current food trends and meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies and oversee food cost control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of recipes and maintain high standards of food presentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events or special menus as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Stay updated on new techniques, ingredients, and equipment in the culinary industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Proficient in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost control
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with other departments
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
