IT Support Specialist - Las Vegas


We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users and maintaining the network and systems infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and resolving network connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Identify and resolve system performance issues
- Conduct regular backups and perform data recovery when necessary
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems as needed
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop support tools
- Experience with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. This position is open for both Filipino professionals looking for employment in Las Vegas as well as foreign nationals with appropriate work visas. Part-time positions may also be available for qualified candidates. The company does not provide accommodation but offers visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
