Team Lead - Project Management (Contract)

As a Team Lead for Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively delegate tasks, provide guidance and support, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project. With your experience in project management and strong organizational skills, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
- Delegate tasks within the team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
- Previous experience leading a team is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
