Residential Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Painter to join our team in Mauren. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces of residential buildings. This includes selecting appropriate paints, mixing colors, and applying paint using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in residential painting is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and cleaning walls
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Select appropriate paints and mix colors to match desired shades
- Apply paint using brushing, rolling, or spraying techniques
- Ensure smooth finishes without any brush or roller marks
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a residential painter is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of color theory and mixing paints
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
