Land Surveyor - Full Time Position in Washington, USA


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine land boundaries and locations of structures
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and aerial drones to collect data
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Create maps and charts using survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and aerial drones
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
