Freelance Typesetter in Gujrat, India



We are looking for a skilled Freelance Typesetter to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and readable documents. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our company's publications, such as books, magazines, and brochures, are of high quality and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format text and images using typesetting software according to design specifications
- Ensure consistency in font, style, spacing, and layout throughout the document
- Collaborate with graphic designers and editors to create visually appealing layouts
- Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Knowledge of typography principles and design elements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members

As this is a freelance position, you will have the flexibility to work from home or any location of your choice. However, you must be able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with our team remotely.
