House Manager
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. This includes supervising and coordinating with a team of domestic staff, maintaining the household budget, and ensuring the overall functionality of the residence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all household staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory and supplies for the residence, as well as create and manage a household budget
- Plan and coordinate events or gatherings hosted at the residence
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the residence
- Handle any maintenance or repair needs for the residence
- Coordinate with vendors or contractors for any necessary services or repairs
- Manage all household accounts and payments, including bills, insurance, etc.
- Keep track of household schedules, appointments, and important dates
- Act as a liaison between the employer(s) and other household staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager or Household Manager
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of domestic staff members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with other staff members and employers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper etiquette when interacting with guests or hosting events at the residence
- Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred but not required)
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to Abu Dhabi will be provided.
